Felsted Mrs. Ruby Louise Stayner Felsted, 70, of Garland, died Sunday afternoon at her home. Mrs. Felsted was born June 12, 1900, in Fielding, a daughter of Herbert and Ruby Antoinette Stevenson Stayner. She was reared and educated in Fielding. She was married to Arthur Felsted on July 9, 1927, in Salt Lake. The marriage was later solemnized in the Logan LDS Temple. Mr. Felsted died June 25, 1968. She was a member of the LDS Garland First Ward. Surviving are one son and one daughter, James A. Felsted, Ogden; Mrs. Bruce G. (Helen) McGregor, San Marino, Calif.; seven grandchildren, one brother, Steven Stay- Jeppson, Brighanu Funeral services were conducted Monday in the Garland 2nd Ward. He was born July 29, 1890 in Wellsville, the son of George Hampson and Sarah Walters Bradshaw.
