Show r Th Ladr Thursday, April 28, 1966 (f Geoffrey Eric Oman, old son of Gustave E. and Udy Oman of East Gar land died April 20 in a Salt Lake hospital. He was born March 3, 1966 in Brigham City. Surviving are his parents, grandparents,' Mr. and Mrs. Rex Udy of Tremonton; Mr. and Mrs. Harold Oman of Yost; great grandparents, Mrs. May Calif.; Mr. Northridge, Udy, and Mrs. Thomas Loveland, Pleasant Grove. were conFuneral services ducted Saturday in the Yost Ward chapel and burial was in Yost Cemetery by Rogers Mortuary. K. ALBERT THOMPSON ! Ra-Na- e Funeral services were conducted Wednesday afternoon in Elwood Ward for Karl Albert Thompson, 82, early resident of Bear River Valley. Bishop Richard Harris conducted the service, and burial was in R i v e r v i e w Cemetery. Mr. Thompson died April 22, in a Salt Lake Rest Home where he had been for several months, with a lingering illness. He was born April 8, 1884 in Centerfield, Sanpete, Co., a son of Peter C. and Jensine Nielson Thompson. He came to Bear River Valley in 1914 and has lived here since that time. He married Chloe Childs Feb. 15, 1905 in Manti. She died Nov. River City. 12, 1918 in Bear Woodruff He married Brough Feb. 23, 1922 in the Logan LDS Temple. He was an elder in the Elwood ward and had been a home teacher. Surviving are his widow, Elwood and the following sons and Mrs. Lucy Fryer, daughters. William T. Thompson and Mrs. Salvator Elith Perfello. all at Ogden; Mrs. Henry Lila Orem; Mrs. Glen (Ros-ada- ) Fryer, Collinston; Sheldon A. Thompson, Corinne; Claude A., Nampa, Ida.; Mrs. Ralph (Chloe) Ellis, Kearns; Lloyd T., Garland; Mrs. Darnell (Edith) Crossley and Mrs. Boyd (Merle Jean) Gardner, both of Honey-ville- ; alsp 67 grandchildren, 98 great grandchildren, one great great grandchild; step sons and Mrs. Warren step daughters, 'Blanch) Petersen, Salt Lake City; Mrs. Leah Johnson, American Fork; Mrs. Louis (Ruth) Molitor, Descanso, Calif.; Vern Brough and Oral Brough, both of Deweyville; and the following brothers and sisters, Roy Thompson, Tremonton; Fred, Gunnison; William, Junction; Mrs. Sarah Couchman, Murray; Mrs. Ada Breech, Sacramento, Calif.: and Mrs. Otera Johnson, San Francisco. Ella The Fielding Ward Laurels presented a program at the Box Elder Pioneer Memorial Home Sunday, then presented gifts of fresh fruit to the patients there from Fielding. 0- Her a UDY Thomas J. Udy, 81, died April 1966 at the local hospital after an illness of two months. He was born Oct. 19, 1884 in Farmington, a son of Thomas J. and Rowane Moon Udy. Thg family moved to Plymouth when he was a child. He married Charlotte Archibald Feb. 2, 1905. The marriage was solemnized May 3, 1906 in the Logan LDS Temple. His wife died May 9, 1949. He married Viola Hales Nov. 14, 1951 in the Logan Temple. She died Oct. 4, with black mid rrenln. 13" 1954. Fashion Show Slated By Bear River FHA by Julie Walker "Our World of Fashion", is the theme of the annual FHA fashion show to be held Thursday (tonight) at the Bear River High school. The clothing made by the girls in class this winter under the direction of Mrs. Esther Anderson and Mrs. Lind will be modeled by the class members. Many of the costumes will depict different countries. Mothers of all Homemaking students are especially invited to the show and an invitation is extended to anyone interested to attend. She was an active Relief Society worker, organist and Primary teacher in her earlier years. Surviving are the following sons and daughters, Mrs. June D. (Maida) Christensen, Perry; Ezra LaMar, Elwood; Nolan Brigham City; Darel H., Ogden; Mrs. J. Dell (Charlene) Petersen, Thatcher; 13 grandchildren, two brothers, sister, William Noble Hunsaker, Salt Lake City; Cleone A. Hunsaker, Deweyville: Mrs. Ruben (Sibyl) Benson, Ogden. PAYNE Mrs. Rosabel Altena Larsen Payne. 64, died April 26, 1966, at her home in Tremonton after Funeral a lingering illness services will be conducted Friday at 1 p.m. in Tremonton Fifth Ward.
