The work will take him into the provinces of the Islands where he will assist the administrator of the Philippine schools in the development of the curriculum, the use of farm machinery in the field, scientific equipment in the laboratory, the use of instructional materials and visual aids in the classrooms and the improvement of the service of farmers in the area served by the school. Mr. Hess has been Vocational Agricultural Instructor and FFA Advisor at the Molalla Union High School at Molalla, Ore., for the past seven years. He helped organize and was Branch and family.
