Westergaard Jay Westergaard, who is in Germany on military duty, and his wife, Rowane Thomas Westergaard are the proud parents of a baby girl born Feb. 22. The baby is their first child, the second grandchild for the Lynn Thomases, the first for the Nephi Westergaards and the second great-granchild for Mr. and Mrs. John C. Thomas. Ed Stenquist was in charge of the high school program, which featured fitting opening exercises, a talk by Senator Ellas L. Day, on Washington's principles as applied to our prrsent situation, Leo and Leon Conger sang several songs to their own guitar accompaniment and Jennie Oyler sang two vocal solos. Joe Burgess conducted the McKinley program and gave a talk on the flag. The Conger boys gave two numbers.
