City Water Application An outside the City water application of Mr. Robert Jenkins was in reviewed. After review, Councilman Williams moved, Anderson seconded, Beaver City approve the outside the city water application of Mr. Jenkins, subject to Mr. Jenkins complying with Beaver City's outside the city water extension policy ordinance. All voted in favor of the motion. The application is attached hereto as Exhihit Excavation Policy City Manager Atkin presented to the City Council an Ordinance changing Beaver City's policy for excavation in Beaver City streets. After review of the Ordinance, Councilman Bradshaw moved, Anderson seconded, Ordinance Chapter 34, Section 5 be revised in its entirety. A copy of the enacting Ordinance is attached hereto as The Ordinance Exhibit shall be in force and become effective twenty days after publication. All voted in favor of the motion. The City Council recessed at this time until 7:30p.m. Water Charge Mr. John Riley met with the City water Councd and discussed charged to the Riley Apartments. Presently all tenants are paying a minimum water charge, plus the wash ream is paying a water charge. Mr. Riley feels that now that no outside watering not be paying the monthly minimum. After discussion, it was the consensus of the City Council that the Riley Apartments wash house minimum be eliminated in the future, and if the Parkview Apartments operate under the same situation, the minimum for their boiler room be removed. Cauyou Breeze Golf Coutse Danny and Carina Lindsay met with the City Council and discussed operation of the Canyon Breeze Golf Course. An addendum to the conwas cessionaire agreement reviewed. The Anderson 2 sale area will be open to cutting down and dead firewood with a charge permit as of October 30, 1991. Standing dead or green timber in the sale area is not available for cutting. The firewood is located along the roads in the sale area. Due to the weather, four wheel-driv- e trucks may be needed to reach this area. Firewood permits can be obtained at the District Ranger's Office in Beaver. The Forest Service is committed to the policy that all persons shall have equal access to its programs, facilities, and employment without regard to race, religion, color, sex, or national origin.
