The young woman targeted in Saturday's separate attacks by a g man managed to fend off the assailant before they were raped, police said. Mobile Home Storage A request from Leonard Erickson ; to allow storage of a mobile home on his property for the winter until he can move it to Ms property on Beaver Mountain was reviewed by the City Council. After discussion, Councilman Messinger moved, Councilman Grimshaw seconded, upon dufi consideration of the request, it is th consensus of the City Council thar Beaver City must abide by their existing Ordinance and cannot allow the storage of this mobile home in Beaver City. Beaver City is to write a letter to Mr. Erickson giving him a grace period to move the mobile home. All voted in favor of the motion. Phone Installation City Manager Baker reported he has been working on getting the phone installed at the Airport and the amount of wire needed has been measured by the phone company and installation is probable in the near, future. The truck is already titled in Beaver City's name. Councilman Smith reported he has from the obtained 300 sets of Tribal Council. The City has donated the books to the school for distribution. The books will be handed out to students grades 1 through 3. Mayor Lee reported and read letters from people compli, several menting Beaver City on the new sidewalk installations. Mayor Lee reported he has had the first ever official conference with Mountain Fuel on possible natural gas service to Beaver City. A copy of the letter is attached hereto Exhibit 239C. Mountain Fuel possi-- j bly will be making a feasibility study! of Beaver City in the future.
