Mr. and Mrs. Ezra Leller went to Salt Lake last Thursday and Friday in order that Mr. Lefler could have the cast removed from his foot which was recently operated on. Mr. and Mrs. Charles Hawkes of Brigham are the proud parents of a baby girl, born last Friday at the Cooley hospital in Brigham. Mrs. Hawkes is the former Elsie Bowen of Beaver Dam, 'and the daughter of Mr. and Mrs. G. L. Bowen. The Beisinger twins, Ronald and Robert will arrive here on September 18 to visit with their mother and sister, and many friends. After this visit, Mrs. Beisinger and daughter, Anna-bel- l, will leave for Tacoma, Washington, to make their home. In honor of her birthday anniversary, Miss Betty Lou Kidman entertained at a slumber party at her home last Friday. The following girls had a most enjoyable time: LoDees Bowen, Nedra Simmons, Nordith Simmons, Idella Durfey, Gloria Dur-fe- y . and MarJean Jensen. Mrs. Elaine Green from Salt Lake has been visiting her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. A. Erick-sofor a week She left for Salt Lake on Tuesday night. Mr. and Mrs. Jos. A. Erick-so- n received word from their daughter, Mrs. Clarence Bigler, of Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania, that they were motoring from Pittsburgh to Beaver Dam and should arrive this week. Virginia Erick-sowho is a sister to Mrs. Bigler and has been her guest for some time, will come with them also. Mr. Bigler expects to visit with his father at Collinston. Miss Helen Erlckson left Monday for Overton, Nevada, where she will teach school this winter. She has been at home with her parents, Mr. and Mrs. Jos. A. n, Erickson. After the reception, Mr. and Mrs. Kuhni left on their honeymoon to Mexico. At meeting last Sunday, Grant Bowen's baby was blessed. Also Mrs. Blanch Johnson was released as a counselor in the Relief Society and Mrs. Rosada Fryer was sustained In her place. Don and Vere Johnson will leave this Thursday for Cleveland, Ohio, where they will resume their studies in the Dental school.
