Monday night, a large crowd of boys and girls between the ages of 10 and 14 gathered at the Canteen for an evening of games and dancing. The event was so successful that all boys and girls that age are being invited to the Canteen every Monday night hereafter. However, they should not buy any of the season tickets being sold to the older group. Wednesday night proved to be especially enjoyable for the crowd of who gathered there. Two special events were presented under the direction of Supervisor Mel Wood. The first was a demonstration by two teams from the Utah State Agricultural College. Those who participated were Miss Thomas, Mrs. Smith, Mr. Jed and Mr. Schwab. Later in the evening, Mrs. Loretta Hansen taught ballroom dancing to those who were interested. Mrs. Hansen will be on hand every Saturday night after this coming Saturday to instruct the in the art of ballroom dancing. The Teen Canteen is proving highly successful, and numerous projects arc being planned. Efforts are being made to secure another pool table and any help will be greatly appreciated. Reverend Pritchard returned to Colorado to make the necessary arrangements to move here and will not be in the pulpit until a week from this Sunday.
