The guests enjoyed the evening Honoring Mrs. Lynn Checketts, bride of last week, a miscellaneous shower was given by Mona Bunderson, Monday evening. A large group of friends attended the affair and the bride was presented with many lovely and useful gifts. Mrs. Checketts is the former Miss Afton White. a playing Bunco. Special guests of the hostess were Mrs. Howard Glenn, Mrs. Cliff Kerr and Mrs. Ernest Cornwall. All enjoyed the delicious luncheon served by the hostess and spent the afternoon at the game. Citizens of Tremonton who own any property in foreign countries were notified by Postmaster James Walton today that they must file reports of their foreign holdings with the Treasury Department before December 1. The notice was given by means of a poster placed on display in the post offices. KERR ENTERTAINS FOR DAUGHTER Mrs. W. E. Kerr entertained Wednesday afternoon in honor of the 13th birthday of her daughter, Carolyn. Nineteen guests enjoyed the party, playing Bunco.
