Now I look back and it seems more like a dream than, a reality. It has been glorious and I shall treasure them very much. I look back over the twenty-on-e nionths as a missionary, and see so many ways I have grown and become better able to meet the world, and life. I shall always be endebted to those who assisted me In making this possible. Traveling, as one receives here gives one much in the line of preparing for the coming years. You see people, associate, and work with them receive the education that never fails, experience. But above all I treasure the gospel that I have learned, so much more, about. I have my answers to the whys, whats and wherefores that enter every one's mind at some time or other. Again I want to thank those who prepare this paper, for their efforts. The news I have received of home for the past twenty-on- e months, has kept me from thinking of Tremonton as a strange place. One place can change in two years. I would like to take this opportunity to thank all the fine friends who have helped me so much, and to wish them a very Merry Christmas and a Most Prosperous New Year. Sincerely yours, Porter Giles.
