The ward has made a deal for a dance hall at the North String, which they are going to move here for an amusement hall. Wm. Hurd, Jr., was in Salt Lake City the last of the week on business. Donald Arbon won first place ui me high jump at the track meet held by the school at Tremonton. Lowell Cutler spent the week end at Logan and Brigham City. The school gave a delightful program Thursday night It consisted of an operetta, "Love Pirates of Hawaii" and two one-aplays. M. I. A, ward honor day was held Wednesday ,May 10. The public speak ing was won by Lamar Cutler and Blanche Arbon. Junior story telling by Rayola Roe. Each department put on a stunt. The Vanguards won. The play, Beehive Girls put on a one-a"The Aftermath."
