He was born January 6 1945 in Burley, Idaho to Kenneth Charles and Clara Margaret Walters Orton. He married LaRae Marshall in Ely, Nevada on January 29, 1966. He was a grraduate of Beaver High School. Mr Orton was an employee of Kennecott Copper Corp. He was a member of the LDS church and was a member of the Beaver Unit of the National Guard. Survivor: widow, son, Troy Kenneth, Greenville; Mother and stepfather, Mr. and Mrs. Roy D. Funeral services were held busy August 7, 1967 at 2 p.m. in the Ward Beaver First Third Chapel with Joe Nelson pre siding and Bishop Arthur Blackner of the Greenville Ward conducting Prayer at the Mortuary was by an uncle, Donald Walters. Prelude and Postlude music was by Gloria Murdock at the piano and Macel Horton playing violin. Invocation was by King Morris. Nell Smith sang "Hold Thou My Hand", accompanied by Clara Carter. Obituary by Bishop James Williams. King Morris, Ralph Ford-haKeith Barton and Jack Waters sang "O, My Father". They were accompanied by Gloria Murdock. "You'll Never Walk Alone" was sung by Nell Smith, accompanied by Mrs. Carter. Benediction by Ray Kesler Dedication of the grave by Heber Gurr. Flowers were taken care of by the Greenville Relief Society and friends of the family. Lunch was served at the Greenville Ward for relatives and friends. Pall bearers were Rick Ber-ge- r, Ricke Edwards, Jay Eldon Black and Ralph Walbeck, all members of the National Guard Unit.
