Mrs. Smith was born March 2e, 1884, to Urban Van and Mary Ann Jones Stewart, in Adams-villShe married William J. Smith, October 3, 1923, in the ' Salt Lake LD3 Temple. Edwin Paice and Chase Murdock. Bishop Nielson offered the 'Thanks' of the family for the flowers, food and kindnesses shown and expressed appreciation for Mr. and Mrs. Will J. Smith as members of our Ward. Prayer at the Mortuary was given by J. Albert Muir. The benediction was given by Sheldon Jessup. The grave was dedicated by Ira Yardley. The flowers were cared for by the Second Ward Relief Society. Pall Bearers were Tommy James, Victor Littlefield, Yardley, Wayne Limb, Ray Yardley and Ralph Smith. Mr. Smith came as far as Cedar City to view the deceased but returned to Kanab where he is residing at the Green Briar Rest Home. Mrs. Marie James and three Perri, Ronda granddaughters, and Raylynn Walker are visiting in Beaver with Marie's parents Mr. and Mrs. Blaine Cox and other relatives and friends. Many Beaver relatives and friends went to Richfield Saturday to attend the funeral of Mrs. Nora Neilson. She was born in Beaver to Phillip and Harriet Thompson Baker. As a girl, she worked in the old Beaver Woolen Mills. After her marriage she moved to Richfield and for the past twenty years has lived with her brother, Cliff Annabell and Elsie Hales and Ruby McMullin are spending a few days in Salt Lake this week. Better Homes Club Birthday Party The Better Homes Club celebrated their annual birthday party on Thursday evening at the home of Florene Smith.
