Minersville's MIA Girls Team, Pamela Davis, Susan Marshall, Susan Gillins, Erma Blackburn, Jeanie Dotson, and Jane Truman, coached by Mrs. Reva Albrecht and Mrs. Wilma Davis, have won all games but one. They will leave Wednesday for Salt Lake City to enter the tournament, in which they will compete with teams from other LDS wards. Mrs. Alba Gillins has again become seriously ill and .entered the Cedar City hospital Monday for medical aid. She has recovered several times after being very low and we hope this will turn out the same. Mr. and Mrs. Harold Gillins (he is a son of Mr. and Mrs. Jule Gillins), are proud parents of twin girls, born Thursday, July 28, in Salt Lake City one at home and the other on the way to the hos-rita-l. Reports have it that all are uoing fine. Mrs. Viva Dena Spencer is visiting in Payson with a friend, Mrs. Rebecca Brimhall, for a few weeks. Mr. and Mrs. Sherril Carter left Saturday for Washington state to visit their son Karen and family, who recently sold out here and purchased a place in that state.
