D. R. Pearce was the successful candidiate for vice president, winning over Charles Walker of the American Fork High School. Each two years, a vice president is elected, with the nominations coming to the legislative council of the Utah Activity Assn. Supt. Pearce's nomination was made by Supt Ianthus Wright of the Iron County District at the meeting in March. Mrs. Nell White Rasband is vis- iting this week with her brothers, Rabert and Harvey, and other relatives. Mr. and Mrs. John White and Mrs. Lawrence Thompson were called to Pioche, Nevada Friday, where Mrs. White's brother-in-law-, Marion Limb, was suffering from an injury sustained the day before in a mine accident. Mr. Limb was entering the mine when the cable broke, causing hib to fall about 200 feet. He suffered a broken ankle, cuts and bruises. However, he is recovering satisfactorily and was relered from the hospital Sat- ARMY RECRUITER TO VISIT MILFORD AND BEAVER S F C Donald R.
