We have been given an outstanding foundation from which to build and improve the services we provide," Rehs said. "As we move forward from this day, I challenge each and every one of you to continue your outstanding performance in accomplishing our unique mission." As the commander of one of Hill's tenant units, Rehs expressed gratitude for the outstanding relationship the Ogden Air Logistics Center and Team Hill has with the 84th. Rehs quickly pointed out "Our mission depends on the outstanding support we receive from the many organizations located at Hill AFB." The squadron is the sole DoD unit assigned to evaluate and optimize ground-base- d radar systems for the Air Force. Armed with technical experts, air operations specialists, radar maintainers, specially trained surveyors and operating location personnel at each of the four Air Defense Sectors (located at McChord AFB, Wash.;Tyndall AFB, Fla.; Rome Industrial Park, N.Y.; and Elmendorf AFB, Alaska), the 84th RADES ensures ground commanders have a viable and accurate radar picture for operations, contingencies, and special missions s such as and search and res-one-of-a-ki- day-to-da- y counter-narcotic- Lt.
