Show Story Of A Utah Neihgbor V, ' yi 'j't t v 24-1- Editor's Note: The following article was written and submitted to the Journal by Lyman Willardson, state foods inspector for the De partment of Agriculture: Utah's campaign to make the milk you drink the best in the nation won't start July 1st. It started a number of years ago. July 1st is just a deadline, and preparations for that deadline have been vigor Jr ous. While a few of our larger cities have had milk ordinances of their own and their own enforcement the whole of Utah will be under the Public Milk Ordinance Code, and that means that no matter where in the state you buy a bottle of pasteurized milk, the quality should be uniform and the milk safe. If you buy a quart of raw milk over the back fence, you are taking your own chances, but if you buy a quart of milk from your own pasteurizing plant, you buy safe milk. Patronize home industry. That keeps your dollars working at home. Thit accident happened in foggy weather.
