The two best spellers will then go to Price to compete with the other spellers of the county. This year we are especially interested in reading about George Washington. Last week in our reading classes we read of the great celebration that was held February 11, 1932, at Washington's old home at Wakefield farm. Every boy and girl is anxious to become a good reader, for only by doing so, can we learn of the life of this great man who became first president of the United States.
