Burt Reddington of Salt Lake directed the group of forty ladies, with Beth Soffe, who "is president of the group, conducting the service. Mrs Ileen Guest from Salt Lake, was guest speak· er and Miss Betty Jones from Salt Lake was guest soloist. A fireside was held at the home Mr & Mrs Foster Greenweod 1 Jr Sunday evening for the Special Interest class of the East Midvale Second ward MIA. Mr & Mrs Fran Nelson, from Crescent and recently returned missionaries from Sweden, .were the guest speakers. Mrs T Donald Creer favored the group with two vocal solos. Refreshments were served to 30 guests. The M-Men, Gleaners, Senior Scouts and Junior girls of the Se· cond ward MIA conducted a fireside at the home of Mr & Mrs Leland Shelton Sunday• evening. Bruce Beisinger from Union was guest speaker, and refreshments were served to 25 guests. Mrs Arthur Glover returned ,lfr.om a Salt Lake hospital Sunday and is recovering from an appendectomy.
