Mr. and Mrs. Ed Kresser and Mr. and Mrs. Neils Nielsen were visitors at the L. D. S .and Holy Cross hospitals. They visited three of our ward members, Miss Ora Pate, William Cox and D. L. Bowen. With the exception of Mr. Cox, the patients are on the improve. Mr. and Mrs. E. Allen Bateman left early Monday morning for a ten day motor trip to Yellowstone. Mrs. Bateman of Midvale is staying at their home during their absence. Mrs. W. J. Bennett had as her dinner guests Monday evening, Mr. and Mrs. A. H. Sorenson of Bingham. Lester Forbush, Mr. and Mrs. W. A. Garret and Mr .and Mrs. Alfred Robbins were among those from this ward who attended the welcome home and concert at Nibley pal"k last week given by the tabernacle choir on their return from a tour to California. Mrs. Agne Kite and children of Salt Lake spent Tuesday with Miss Blanche Sharp. Mrs. A. H. Rock was a party guest Mondav afternoon of Mrs. Eph Pixton of Taylorsville. Mrs. Bell Huntsinger of Alabama who has spent two months with Mrs. M. J. Thornton left Thursday for her htlme. MisH Lula Jacobsen and Clarence Millerburg joined the M. I. A. workers of the ward and spent W ednesday at. Saltair. Mrs. Rachel Forbush was hostess to the Unity club on Friday afternoon.
