Lion President J. M. Boyden was in charge of the group, and Lion W. D. Kuhre gave a report of Sandy club activity of the year. Mrs. Eliza Skoglund is very sick at her home, suffering with double pneumonia. Dr. and Mrs. L. W. Sorenson had as house guests Monday and Tuesday, Mrs. Hugh Kearns and children, carol, Jean, and Don, 10f Cedar City, and Mrs. Bert Behunin and sons, Winton and Gerald, of Gunnison. The marriage of Griffith R. Kimball of Draper and Marvetta Hardcastle, daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Albert Hardcastle of Sandy, took place last week. Mr. and Mrs. William McRae of Los Angeles and Miss Claudine Chambers of Spanish Fork were guests during the week of Dr. and Mrs. J. Fred Potter, at their home in Granite. The family of 0. P. The clinic for the East Jordan stake was not held in January and will not be held in February, but wlll be held the first Wednesday in March. Mr. and Mrs. Heber S. Crump of Herriman were guests Sunday of Mr. and Mrs. Nels A. Nelson. A coasting party wa.s enjoyed Saturday evening on the Butlerville hill, followed by supper at the home of Mr. and Mrs. u. C.
