This rule covers all surveys including typical paper and pencil surveys, requests for interviews and telephone surveys. Although no one controls an individual's attitudes or opinions, the Air Force Survey Branch is tasked with tracking and approving surveys for use among Air Force people. Last year the branch approved more than 100 surveys on topics ranging from customer service to move costs.
