When the Air Force adopted the Quality Air Force Assessment in 1993, and patterned it after the Malcolm Baldrige Award criteria, it represented a change for us at Ogden ALC. We accomplished the center baseline assessment last October which included: B A focus on our business relationships to quality. Should you be selected to complete the survey, your response will help us determine where to place the required emphasis for improvement. During the June Center Quality Council, Lyles said, "It is imperative that we continue down a clear center-wid- e path, that we use better methods of communication to better inform employees of their contributions to center resources. "We produce quality products, and making even better use of our center resources and the right changes to our center level processes will make us the quality center for others to benchmark," he said.
