"The workshop leaders are top notch," said Sandy Dougher, Hill AFB's coordinator for the workshop series. "We are very pleased that we have a good cross section of presenters. Attendees will have the opportunity to learn how to improve their customer service and apply quality principles and tools to their daily work." The workshops are being offered for the first time as an integral part of the fair. Workshops will overall three-da- y be conducted in classrooms adjacent to the 419th Fighter Wing hangar, which is near the South Gate entrance to Hill AFB.
