The senior noncommissioned officer, NCO and airman of the quarter were chosen by a board. They were presented their awards at a breakfast held in their honor at the NCO club Oct. 19. Hill's top enlisted members are MSgt. Ricky A. McMichael, senior NCO; TSgt. Raymond M. Truxal, NCO; and Al C Raymond A. Christy. The master of ceremonies at the breakfast was CMSgt. David E. Hall, 388th Tactical Fighter Wing senior enlisted adviser. Brig. Gen. Charles E. Fox Jr., Ogden Air Logistics Center vice commander, made the presentation of the awards. He's always optimistic and the wheelchair he's confined to isn't a burden when he sets his mind to doing something. And he's always on the go.
