The group provides therapy for abused children and conducts awareness and prevention programs. They are affiliated with the Family Support Center here. Meetings are held Wednesday nights in the United Methodist Church in Ogden from 7 to 8:30 p.m. and on Thursday nights in Layton at the Family Support Center at the same times. Judd, "The Fire Department has neither the manpower or time to dig out each one, so volun- teers are needed." Fifteen foot clearance must be maintained on each side of all hydrants. More information is available from the fire department. In a related story, all military family housing sponsors must keep children from playing with recently installed hydrant location stakes.
