Merrill, budget analyst in the 1881st Communications Squadron, was named the Continental Communications Division's Resource Advisor of the year at the squadron level. Mrs. Merrill was recognized for her quality work during fiscal 1984 when data communication installations and leased services at Hill AFB increased 500 percent. This increase resulted in additional negotiations with the base comptroller and base industrial funds personnel for additional funding requirements.
