The water allows persons with painful joints or weak leg muscles support and comfort while exercising in the water. The class is free with pool admission and is open to both men and women. THE HILL FLYERS SWIM TEAM meets Monday through p.m., while the springboard diving team Friday, meets from 5:30 to 7 p.m. Military members, civilian employees and their dependents are welcome.
