Millard, an equipment specialist in the 6 Computer Resources Section, was driving towards the east side of the base on business. The airman appeared to have either run over or dropped the wallet he noticed on the ground ahead of him. Mr. Millard said he felt certain that the wallet on the ground be- section. Having been an airman once myself, I knew an airman's pay is not that much, and felt it would mean a great deal to him to have it back.
