MILFORD COMMUNITY UNITED METHODIST CHURCH MILFORD, UTAH Utah Highway Patrol arrested a Salt Lake City man for Driving Under the Influence of AleohoL He was booked Into Beaver County Jail, later released on baiL Another Salt Lake City man was arrested in Minersville by Beaver Co. Sheriff Department for Driving f)nstma (greeting Under the Influence and Open Container in Vehicle. The pilot of a Civil Air Patrol plane reported a vehicle fully engulfed in fire near the Fremont Junction south of Beaver. Beaver Fire Department and Sheriff Ken Yardley responded. The vehicle was StationMotel Lee & Afton Petty a total loss. A prowler report was Investigated in Beaver. Beaver Co. Sheriffs Department responded to six requests for assistance by citizens, two animallivestock problems, and investigated four traffic accidents Involving property damage. - Season's best to all and to all our special thanks. We are looking forward to serving you in 1986. Hello Eyre drove to Mesa, Arizona to attend a wedding in the Mesa Temple, a daughter of Napcy & Cliff Yardley. Neal & Helen Davis and Bryant & Niva Davis and family drove to Payson at their son Clark Davis and held their family Christmas party, Glenna & Ben Blake and family, Bruce & Family were all there. They also visited Velma & BemellMcAffer. Wilma & Daisel Davis and Kathie and Tyler McMullin drove to Las Vegas to help Pam & Jack, Rodd & Davis get their trailers and things home. Clyde & Beth Evans from Henderson spent a few days visiting their parents, Arshall & Lela Evans. The Minersville School play was held Wednesday night. The theme was "In Search of the Christmas Spirit". Then Old Santa came to visit ail the kids. Gene LaFenir Kanell from Salt Lake spent the night with Doug & Elma Blackburn enroute to Las Vegas. Oz Myers was rushed to the Mil-fo- rd Hospital Sunday night by ambulance. Delmer & Bene Gray received word of the death of Delmer's brother, Francis Gray from Midvale, Utah. The funeral and buriel was held in Beaver. Delmer & Eerie Gray, Verlene & LeAnne Yardley attended a wedding and reception in Henderson, Nevada for a nephew of Hene's. His name is Bob Lamb. Lucille Goff & Flossie Adams drove to Salt Lake to visit. Violet Goodwin and Arlene and Jim Judd from Orem were here with Delmer and Bene Gray to attend the funeral of their brother Francis Gray. Reva and Milton Albrecht drove to Provo Monday for Reva to see her eye doctor. ' The literary Club met on Wednesday, the 14th at the home of Vie Marshall with Merle Glllins as New officers were Installed. Merle Glliins, Pres.; Ra-n- ae Dads, Vice Pres.; and Melba Marshall as Secretary. Christmas stories were read, and a lovely refreshment was served. A party was held Saturday evening Dec 17th at the home of Ernest and Shirley Myers to celebrate Era's birthday. A delicious ham dinner was served to: Jim & Maureen Buetler of Beaver; Cliff & Janis Myers of Greenville; Brent & "tonya" Taylor of Cedar City; "Blake' & Lynda Carter of Para-gona- h; Oz LoRetta Myers of Minersville; NeU & "Kathleen" Atkln of Bountiful; 'Shane" Myers Pau-let- te of Salt Lake City.
