Mr. Moss explained the format of the meeting, in which each candidate was given 3 minutes for an opening statement, then was asked 3 questions, and had one minute for a final state- ment. Each candidate expressed himself very well, and it was a great opportunity to get to know them and their philosophy better. He and his wife, Mary, have two children, Jamee 15, and Kerri 9. They have lived In Milford for over 12 years. John received his education in Business Administration. John has been very active in many different civic organizations over the years. Some of the leadership positions he has held are: Administrator of Milford Valley Memorial Hospital for 12 years; CltyCouncil-ma- n, 1980-8past president and Milford Business secretary Association; Commander VFW Post, past past Jr. Vice Commander; Secretary Treasurer Milford Lions Club: TreasurerMil- 4; -- JOHN MAXEY .1 ilniriMt ford Improvement CommltteejSec-Trea- s. The architect's plans were reviewed at length. After review, the City surance for Beaver City insurance coverage. Some of the problems are as follows: (1) The Inability of Beaver City to obtain a NIC 700 panel in less than six weeks delivery time which will delay the start of the project. (2) The 6" cast Iron waterllne which must be rerouted by Beaver City before construction may begin and not noted on the specifications. (3) Television service vaguely specified and pos the Beaver Press had been notified all of the special meeting and members of the City Council. Mayor Christiansen, stated the purpose of the special meeting was to discuss the following agenda items: (1) Review the bids for the hospital addition; (2) Discuss electrical changes at the hospital; and (3) Discuss the Insurance proposal from Lee In- sibly not required, and review wine roofing specifications.
