The. nation's largest -- Cable T.V. Initiative petition, authored by former California Lt. Gov. John Harmer, is currently being circulated by the Utah Association of Women in Iron County. The initiative's purpose is not to do away with Cable T.V., but rather to force the medium to adhere to the same broadcast standards that apply currently to network television stations.
