David F. Schaf er, former Director of Distribution at Hill AFB, recently presented four special achievement certificates for accomplishments in support of the directorate's Safety Program. "Safety Employee of the Month" certificates were presented for June and July 1982. The June certificate was presented to Sgt. Frank Lamb III for actions which prevented a forklift from tipping over. Sergeant Lamb works in .the Munitions Supply Division. The July certificate was presented to Thurland (Ray) Zabreskie for 25 years of federal service, 23 years as a warehouseman and 20 years as a forklift operator without an accident.' Zabreskie works in the Depot Supply Division. August 1982) was presented to SSgt. Michael Payne for developing a safer and more ef- E ficient procedure for handling 463L system aircraft pallets and developing a superior safety briefing format. Sergeant Payne works in the Munitions Supply Division. Barbara Hunt was given a "Special E Z ?
