Show HILL TOP TIMES' July 9, 1982 The Master Labor Agreement between Air Force Logistics Command and the American Federation of Government Employees is completed. Although the contract has been in effect since 1979, four issues were set aside pending future negotiations. The newly completed contract covers most AFLC civilian employees and took effect June 30, for three years. The four issues are: the official time stewards spend for union functions, detailing and loaning of employees, temporary promotions, and equal employment opportunities. One of the new guidelines modifies the time spent by stewards for specific union functions.
