The airman was released to his unit, and the woman advised of her rights and escorted off base. An airman was apprehended and charged with assaulting another airman, causing numerous bruises and lacerations about the head and arm and a sprained wrist. The airman required medical attention and was released. The airman charged with assault was released to his unit.
