Col. Richard Stoner, L, chief, Resources Management Division, Directorate of Maintenance, is being reassigned as Director of Maintenance at Tinker AFB, Okla. on June 15. He will be replaced by Col. George Golding, who will report here from the Air War College Maxwell AFB, Ala. He has been an instructor there for the past year. Colonel Stoner has been stationed here since September 1979, when he was assigned as chief, Engineering Division, Directorate of Materiel Management. He was later transferred to his present position. Colonel Stoner earned a master's degree in electrical engineering from New Mexico State University. He also has had a wide range of operational flying experience, in lifts ipirog) ircsnnni cluding more than 6,000 hours as a worldwide navigator in transport aircraft, 700 combat hours as a gunships in navigator on AC-11- 9 Vietnam and four years experience as a flight test engineer. In addition, he has a broad range of engineering experience in system acquisition, logistics t support and research and development testing of new Air Force weapon systems. He graduated from the Air War College at Maxwell AFB, Ala. His military decorations include the Cross, Flying Distinguished Meritorious Service Medal with two oak leaf clusters, Air Medal with eight oak leaf clusters, Air Force Commendation Medal and several foreign decorations for valor in Vietnam. Colonel Stoner and his wife, Linda, are both from Maryland and they are parents of two children. finally made it" were the words echoed by 20 graduating seniors of the Weber State College Management Logistics Program. Eighteen of the 20 were employees here and each has spent hundreds of hours in study and preparation and hundreds more in formal classroom lectures and discussions. Guin, Robert R. Harrell , Donald R. Hunt, Grant C. Johnson, Michael A. Ogg, Dennis R. Price, Edward Sekelik, Kenneth E. Thomas, Dale R. Ward, Winnie J. Williams and Evelyn P. Willis.
