Q A Last year this state was in a severe drought, but this year it looks like we will have plenty of water. However, I think the base abuses water conservation, especially in the 1200 zone. The water is turned on and, left to run for hours on end. Someone ought to be responsible to turn the sprinklers off before the lawns are saturated and puddles develop. Thank you for your concern. Policing, watering, mowing and general maintenance for healthy develop diet! The Coca Cola Company has the current soft drink contract for the base, and they are also the manufacturer of Sprite and Diet Sprite. However, their company does not have Diet Sprite in bottles; they do have Fresca and Tab, both diet soft drinks. These drinks are placed in individual machines based on personal desires and purchasing history of each vending location. Call ext. 2043 to have either Fresca, Tab or both placed at your particular location. It sure would help those of us on a A area water pressure There seems to be a problem with the water system in the west area. We have pretty good pressure until the sprinkler system is turned on. Once this is done, all the pressure drops and we can't get water out of the fountains and the lawns themselves don't seem to be getting adequate water. Is there a way to have this annoying problem corrected? The water problem in the west area has been resolved and in the future 60 pounds of pressure will be available, which is adequate to maintain any watering system. The problem experienced with low water pressure was due to a faulty pressure regulator valve. Water pressure will fluctuate slightly based upon demand during a given day; however, adequate pressure should be available at all times.
