In addition, there will be a buffet at the club house after completion of play and a prelude to presentation of prizes and awards. He is owned by John and Mary Jo Elwell of Hooper. Mr. Elwell is a 13-ye- ar employee of the Industrial Products and Landing Gear Division, Directorate of Maintenance, and has been breeding horses since 1965. He is currently a Utah director to the Intermountain Quarter Horse Association. "The record of Tinky's Surprise stands as a tribute to his trainer and exhibitors," Mr. Elwell said. "His show record to date includes 19 halter points and 11 cow cutting points, three reigning and two western riding points.
