Morgan III, 4754th Radar Evaluation Squadron and a radar evaluation technician, was chosen Outstanding Career NCO. His nomination was based on military bearing, character, duty performance, self improvement and civic participation. evaluation technician, an inventory management specialist and a base production control work scheduler were chosen as the three top base enlisted personnel for the first quarter, 1978.
