Hunt in progress for outstanding Hill AFB handicapped employee Utahns are noted for their hunting prowess and right now there is a hunt going on at Hill AFB that all supervisors (and all employees for that matter) can join - it is the hunt for the outstanding handicapped employee at this base. "Fellow workers can certainly suggest candidates to their supervisor," commented Gin Long who is in charge of the Handicap of the Year Award program at Hill. Each year nominations are sought to recognize those severely physically handicapped employees at Hill who have overcome their handicaps and are performing their job successfully. Shortly thereafter, Ben Garcia (center) of the Civil Engineering Metal Shop came to her rescue by removing the ventilator screen from the door, and Georgia crawled out with an assist from Anna L. Sessions, Chief of the Employment Section. Lucky for Georgia, she weighs only about 120 pounds and was able to wiggle her body through without too much trouble.
