Chaplain (Capt.) James T. Oldham and the Rev. Hazel Oldham arrived at the Utah installation a few days ago from Lockport, N.Y. where both were associated with the Keesler AFB, Miss., completed his initial active duty tour, transferred to reserve status, and entered the same Eastern Baptist Seminary. It was there that the couple met and upon graduation. Mrs. Oldham became the first pastor from the Philippines. The couple married on June 14, 1975, and both young ministers served at the Lock-pochurch near Buffalo, where James was an associate pastor and where Hazel became officially ordained. Even in his civilian capacity, Chaplain Oldham first was Air as a reserve information officer with the 9010th Air rt 25th. Now 29, he completed college at age 21, and although had already decided to enter the ministry, felt that he needed perience with people before ex- theological commencing squadron the American Baptist female First Baptist Church.
