Also, in Bldg. 225 a large percentage of people do not drink coffee. If excess coffee funds were used for a party, who should be invited? If free coffee is povided from, excess funds; the people who pay to drink coffee get the rewards. The activity on collections and disbursements is available to all interested individuals. Regulations require that these employees be given consideration before recruiting candidates from outside sources.
