The cadets are all Second Classmen (juniors) at the Academy. "They will obtain a realistic view of their future careers by being assigned to a host junior officer for the duration of their assignment and performing duties with him," said Capt. "By actually performing a broad variety of jobs under his host officer's supervision, the cadet will gain a better unthe inderstanding of all of base terrelationship activities.
