The citation, in form of a plaque, was presented to the plant representative's office by SBAMA's civilian personnel branch in Los Angeles. The award covers 1 January through 31 March 1955 and cites an outstanding percentage participation of 4.33, based on the AFPR's civilian strength. Receiving special mention was the recommendation submitted by an AFPR employee that SBAMA's incentive awards committee present a plaque quarterly to the activity showing outstanding participation in the suggestions program.
