Master Sergeant Warren A. Stouffer, Headquarters Squadron Section, 2949th Depot Training Group, had the day off last Thursday and was waiting for a bus near his Anchorage Villa home when a blast rocked one of the units. After alerting the Marine guards at the Naval Supply Depot, Sgt. Stouffer raced to the scene and found the badly burned man and woman occupants already' outside. On approaching the dwelling, the sergeant had noticed children's clothing and toys through a window, and fearing that they might have been trapped inside, he dropped to his For Better Vision hands and knees, entered the flam ing unit and tried unsuccessfully to locate the children.
