E, ROBERTSON For Precinct Constable PROPOSITION NUMSER ONE REFERENDUM PROPOSED AMENDMENT TO THE CONSTITUTION Shall Sections 2, 3. and 4, of Article "IX of the Constitution of Utah be amended to make each be county of the state a senatorial district to to and represented by a single state senator to Utah authorize the legilature of the State of increase or decrease the number of representatives for counties. REFERENDUM An Act providing that Dixie, Snow, and Weber Junior Colleges be discontinued as state main, tained schools, and for transfer by the Board of Examiners of all property comprising said colleges to a transferee on condition that said transferee operate them as colleges. If they fail to be operated as colleges, then all said property shall revert to the state. If such transfer is of doubtful constitutionality, or held unconstitutional, the Board of Examiners shall sell the properties to the same transferee for such consideration as it deems proper considering the saving to the state in being relieved of their operation. NUMBER TWO An act providing that Carbon College be discontinued as a state maintained college; that the Board of Examiners dispose of all real and personal property comprising said college in such manner as it deems to be to the best interests of the State of Utah.
