He also worked in stock at Spokane, Wash ington, and at one time had his own stock company, known as the Foote Stock Company, which played throughout Utah and Idaho. In 1924 he was engaged as sales man for the Utah Woolen Mills of Salt Lake City and later became district manager for the Oakland district, which office he held at the time of his death. He was also a Director of the Utah Woolen Mills and held membership in the Elks lodge at Provo, Utah. Surviving are his widow, Mrs. Edith Hott Foote of Oakland: a former wife, Lillian Griffith, and two children, Jeanne Foote and Lawrence Foote, all of Denver; the following brothers and sisters: Mrs. Elf ie Miller and Ernest Foote, both of Nephi; Mrs. J. A. Cottrel of Midvale, and Charley Foote of Salt Lake City, Utah. Interment in the Vine BluTf cemetery will be directed by Anderson Funeral home.
