DOGS Be is ordained by the City Coun-ci- y of Nephi City that Sections 88, 89, and 94 of the Revised Ordinances of Nephi City of 1931 are hereby amended to read, and 94A is added, as follows: Section 88. Tax Every person owning or having charge of any dog or bitch within the corporate limits of Nephi City shall pay for the use of the City an annual license of $6.00 for every such bitch and $2.50 for every such dog, provided however, that in case the owner, or any person having charge of any such bitch shall exhibit to the dog tax collector a certificate from a Registered Veterinary of the State of Utah, certifying thatsaid bitch has been properly spaded, then and in that event the an-- $ nual license on every spaded bitch shall be $2.50. ...Section 89. Application and Payment. Application for and the payment of the license fee provided for in Section 88 of these ordinances shall be made by the owner of such bitch or dog, to the City Treasurer of Nephi City during the month of January of each and every year; and also during the month of June of each year for each unlicensed dog or bitch, nd it shall then be the duty of said 1. ' Treasurer to register the applicant's name and the description of the dog or bitch, and give to said applicant a certificate of registry and to file a copy of said certificate with the City Recorder.
