Such a wholesale poisoning tooK place in this city last Friday nigh: which" caused the death of several valuable dogs for which the several owners have just cause for indignat ion, as they have a right to be. When a Citizen pays a license fpr his dog and the aninial is peaceful and does not molest anyone, a person has the same right to keep a dog, as to keep any other animal. This paper condemns the action of the person who scattered these baits as despicable and cruel, and if the tuilty one can be feund, be should be prosecuted to the full extent of the law. of expressing to our many patrons and friends, our deepest appreciation of the cordial relationship which has existed between us during 1922.
