ZELMA SHALLBETTER MACEL ANDERSON Since we are starting a new year I have been thinking of how many improvements we have had in our city. The new chapel nearly completed, new street lights along Main Street and the canyon road thru town. Bishop Dean Anderson's new home, Calvin Dutson's and Vern Nielsen's homes which are nearing completion and Mr. and Mrs. Jeff Jone's new home. Melvin and Donna Anderson have restored the Caddie Anderson home and living in it.New roofs on Clark and Lulu Lovell's and Eldon Anderson's home, Wilburn and Elaine Olson have remodeled the Lafe Olson home and moved back to be with us. Mr. and Mrs. Larry Densley and family and Scott Sheriff and family fam-ily have moved back to help enlarge en-large our town and living in homes otherwise vacant. I'm sure I have missed some but there has been a lot of cleaning up on streets and lots around town. I hope the coming com-ing year will make as much improvement im-provement as the past year. We have also lost a number of good influential people during the past year and we are soirry to have them taken from our midst.
